I just picked up a new 20″ iMac at lunch today. The logic board on my old one is causing kernel panics, and I’m told a replacement would be $850 + labour…not happening.

I just replaced my secondary 17″ flat panel today with a Samsung SyncMaster 216BW 21.6″ LCD. Next to my Mac that gives me a whopping 3360×1050 resolution. I should be VERY happy about this, except there were no cables in th box. What a disappointment that was. Back to the store…

I took my new Jetta in to the dealer this morning to get them to fix a squeaking noise in the clutch pedal, and to my surprise, they completely detailed my car!
