Well, I’m doing my final cycle of chemo this week, and I decided I was going to get myself a private room this time. I just didn’t want to take the chance of having an undesirable roommate. I’ve been pretty lucky so far, but luck ends sooner or later.

Anyway, I was sitting here watching a movie and enjoying my privacy when I look up and see three old ladies in the doorway dressed as clowns. I wish I’d had my camera with me because there’s something really disturbing about old lady clowns.

And, if that wasn’t enough, they insisted on singing me Waltzing Matilda out of key while prancing around my room. It was quite unbearable, but just imaging the effect they would have had on a Coulrophobic

Like I said, this is my last week, and I hope I don’t have to go through that again.

Here’s an interesting article from the CBC about the value of the Canadian penny. Should we stop minting the penny and demonitize it? I don’t know about you, but my pennies all end up in a jar in my bedside table, or in a pile in my car.

I have no idea why I find this show so good. It’s so stupid, I just can’t stop watching.
